Kim Heath, CPA, JD, FSA (IFRS), GCB.D is the Founder and CEO of CloudBooks CFO Advisory, a boutique firm delivering executive-level financial leadership to businesses navigating scale, complexity, and strategic transformation.

With over 25 years of experience in public practice and executive advisory, Kim brings a rare combination of expertise as both a CPA and corporate lawyer. She previously founded and led a full-service accounting and advisory practice, guiding clients through complex financial and legal transactions before shifting her focus to embedded CFO services.

Kim has advised growth-stage and mid-market businesses across Canada, managed real-estate portfolios exceeding $35 million, and led corporate restructurings that delivered measurable improvements in profitability and operational clarity. Her work is grounded in financial precision, informed risk-taking and long-term value creation.

With additional specialized credentials in sustainability and ESG reporting — including the IFRS Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) and Global Competent Boards Designation (GCB.D) — Kim is uniquely equipped to guide businesses through today’s evolving financial, regulatory, and governance expectations.
